Refund and Returns Policy


Items may be returned within 14 days for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

Goods exempt from being returned: perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of postage.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed.

Your refund will be made through your original method of payment, upon receipt of the item(s). Please note that it can take several business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.
