When will you dispatch my order?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
When will I get my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once dispatched.
What delivery service do you use?
We ship using Royal Mail Tracked.
How much will I pay for shipping?
£3.50. We offer Free UK delivery on orders over £30 (select the free shipping option during checkout).
CANDLE MAKING PROCESS
What ingredients do you use?
All of our soy wax candles are made using 100% soy wax flakes, essential oils, and fragrance oils.
Our beeswax candles are made using beeswax.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer refunds?
Returns for unused items in original condition are accepted within 14 days for a refund, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Items returned used and damaged will not be refunded. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs.
