The first time you burn your candle, let the wax melt all the way across the jar. This is so it can burn evenly.
Do not leave a burning candle unattended
Do not burn your candle on or near anything that can catch fire
Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time
Always trim the wick before lighting
Do not burn a candle all the way down. Leave approx. 5mm of wax in the container
Make sure the wick is trimmed to approx. 5mm before you light
Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets
Extinguish the flame with a snuffer
